Tarek Sabra leads Iteranium's market strategy and commercial growth as Chief Strategist and board director. An MBA graduate of London Business School, he has built a career at the intersection of enterprise strategy and technology commercialization, with deep expertise in go-to-market execution, strategic partnership development, and client engagement at the senior level. Tarek is responsible for ensuring that Iteranium's capabilities are sharply differentiated and commercially aligned, translating the complexity of industrial AI and smart manufacturing into clear value for clients, investors, and strategic partners.

Vineet Saxena
Director | Industry 4.0 & Smart Manufacturing
Vineet Saxena brings more than 35 years of executive leadership in industrial automation and digital manufacturing to Iteranium's board. His career includes senior roles at General Electric and Rockwell Automation, where he directed large-scale OT/IT integration and MES modernization across automotive, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing. Vineet's counsel shapes Iteranium's approach to manufacturing systems architecture and smart factory strategy, ensuring the firm's solutions are grounded in the kind of domain authority that only comes from having led transformations at the world's most demanding industrial organizations.

Aditya Saxena
Director | AI, Data Science & Cloud Architecture
Aditya Saxena is Iteranium's technology director, responsible for end-to-end solution architecture across AI, data science, and cloud. Holding multiple graduate degrees spanning computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, project management, and cloud computing, he brings a rare breadth of technical depth to the board. Aditya oversees the full architectural stack — from data ingestion and model development through to cloud deployment and enterprise integration — ensuring that every solution Iteranium delivers is scalable, explainable, and built to last. His approach centres on translating complex data and AI capabilities into systems that organisations can actually depend on.

Bhavik Gandhi
Director | Data Science & Machine Learning
Bhavik Gandhi oversees Iteranium's data science and machine learning strategy as a board director, with accountability for the firm's applied AI capabilities across manufacturing intelligence. A Master's graduate of the University of Florida, he combines a rigorous scientific foundation with extensive experience deploying predictive analytics and ML systems in enterprise environments, from quality optimization to real-time operational decision-making. Abbey brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise systems, manufacturing ERP, and large-scale business system integration. A Master's degree holder, he has led and supported ERP modernization initiatives across production planning, MRP, inventory management, payroll, finance, and operational reporting environments. With deep experience across platforms including Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, and other enterprise ecosystems, Abbey strengthens Iteranium's end-to-end Industry 4.0 capability, ensuring tight integration between manufacturing systems, finance, workforce management, and enterprise architecture.

Sohom Mandal
Subject Matter Expert | AI Research & Applied Data Science
Sohom Mandal is a lecturer at Northeastern University and an active contributor to applied AI and data science research. Holding a PhD and currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Toronto, he brings a rare combination of academic rigour and business acumen to Iteranium's subject matter expertise. Holding a Master's degree and PhD in Machine Learning from Toronto Metropolitan University, she brings deep expertise in natural language processing, scalable machine learning systems, and reinforcement learning applications for industrial environments. Currently pursuing a Master's in Management with a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence and Data Driven Decision Making at McMaster University, she has a track record of translating strategic mandates into structured, high-accountability execution, spanning IIoT, MES, and manufacturing intelligence programs.
